Daily Backup:
Each site and database is backed up to an independent location every day at around 4:00AM (UTC/GMT).  Each backup is kept for 7 days then rotated to a new location where it is stored as a weekly backup file.  After 30 Days the backup is then transferred to a monthly storage location.  Sounds complicated but this gives you many options to recover your web site and data in the event a web site reload or data recovery is required.  A manual backup is also available from within your Online Control Panel at iCop™ Web Hosting.
